Freight will be paid on single orders of $750.00 net or more to one destination within the Continental United States. We reserve the right to select the most economical means of transportation for freight allowed members.

Product Return Policy

Return requests must be approved by C.H. Hanson with an RGA number and sent prepaid. These returns will be subject to an inspection (for original condition) and a 15% restocking fee. All shortages must be reported within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 45 days. Custom made items cannot be returned.

Provided the conditions referred to below are satisfied, C.H. Hanson Co. will upon request made within thirty (30) days of purchase, either replace or in its discretion refurbish this product so long as the product is owned by the original purchaser and is used by him exclusively. The company reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations based on the circumstances of each case to protect itself against unreasonable requests.

The conditions referred to are as follows:

1. The purchase must have been made from an authorized distributor or dealer or directly from C.H. Hanson Co.
2. You must submit a proof of purchase with the product being returned.
3. The obligation of C.H. Hanson Co. terminates if:
   
• the product has not been used in accordance with the instructions which may be furnished by C.H. Hanson Co. or its dealers or distributors;
  
• the product has been used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it has been designed;
  
• the product has been repaired or altered in any way by anyone other than C.H. Hanson Co.; or
  
• the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident

This product Return Policy may constitute a warranty under applicable state law and may afford you specific legal rights, but is not intended to constitute a "written warranty" under the Magnuson-Moss Act. 15 U.S.C. 2301.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, NOR ARE THERE ANY OTHER WARRANTY TIES, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND PROVISIONS OF THAT ATTACHED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY.

C.H. HANSON CO. shall have no liability whatsoever for CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
