C.H. Hanson proudly celebrates its 160th anniversary in 2026, marking a milestone achieved by few American manufacturers. With hearts full of gratitude to God for His blessing and grace over these many decades, we acknowledge that if it were not for Him, we would not be here.
Since 1866, C.H. Hanson has helped skilled tradespeople and manufacturers work more accurately, efficiently, and safely through industrial marking, identification, layout, and specialty tools. What began as a stencil-making business founded by Danish immigrant Christian Henry Hanson has grown into a fifth-generation, family-owned company serving customers across North America.
