C.H. Hanson's 'Hanson Helps Team' has joined up with Soldiers’ Angels for their ”Warm Feet for Warriors” sock drive. Believe it or not, one of the items most requested from service members and veterans is socks! The Hanson Helps Team is an internal group of people at C.H. Hanson, not organized by the company, who volunteer to make the world a better place. After trudging in boots all day, the feet of our service members deserve to be wrapped in the warmth of a clean, new pair of socks.
The goal is to collect 10,000 pairs of socks. Why not join the Hanson Helps Team and donate a few pairs?
Please provide adult socks in any color, and in their original packaging. Once the collection period is over, the Hanson Helps Team will ship the socks to Soldiers’ Angels, who will then distribute them to veterans in VA Hospitals. In addition to the VA distribution, socks will be sent in care packages to service men and women who are currently deployed.
Collection bins will be available at C.H. Hanson corporate offices in Naperville, as well as their lunchroom for internal employees. Collection will run until the 31st of March.
